1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DeepMock, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use Licence
Permission is granted to temporarily use DeepMock for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer multiple authentication methods including traditional email/password registration and Single Sign-On (SSO) through third-party providers. When using SSO, you authorise us to access certain information from your SSO provider as permitted by your privacy settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SSO account and for any activities that occur under your account through SSO authentication.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Trademark Disclaimer
"DeepMock" is used as a stage name for this service. We do not claim ownership of the "DeepMock" trademark or name. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, or trade names referenced on this service are the property of their respective owners.
Australian Law Compliance
These terms of service are governed by Australian law and comply with relevant Australian legislation, including:
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL) - Consumer rights and guarantees
- Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) - Fair trading and competition
